Green Building Operations and Maintenance: The LEED Implementation Process

This workshop is intended for building owners, operators and maintenance professionals involved in implementing LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance. It walks through the phases of a typical project, using case examples and implementation strategies throughout to reinforce learning and encourage students to apply knowledge to real-life situations. Prior Knowledge: Familiarity with both the LEED Rating System and LEED Reference Guide for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance a must. USGBC's LEED Credit Categories and Intents strongly recommended.

LEED-NC v2.2 AP Exam Prep
Presented by:

Become a LEED Accredited Professional and gain the qualification to help design teams achieve LEED certification on a variety of building projects. The workshop will target key information necessary to pass the LEED-NC AP exam, including:
Credit intent & requirements
Project team coordination
LEED process & implementation
Technical analysis
Credit synergies & integrated design
Overview of the exam structure
Test-taking advice
Participants will be provided with a comprehensive Study Guide Workbook, a 30-question in-class practice exam and an 80-question take-home practice exam. Though helpful, no previous preparation is necessary.
